Karas

Andalusia no Natsu

"Nasu: Summer in Andalusia" is the directorial debut of longtime Studio Ghibli collaborator Kosaka Kitaro. Kosaka has honed his chops as animation director on Studio Ghibli`s "Spirited Away", and other masterpieces including "Princess Mononoke" and "Grave of the Fireflies", putting him in the company of the anime world`s elite.

The film is based on one episode of Kuroda Io `s famous manga of the same name, and is the tale of the Spanish cyclist Pepe as he competes in the Vuelta - a world famous cycling tour. One of the stops on the tour is Pepe`s hometown, and as fate would have it, he rides in on the very same day that his brother is to get married to Pepe`s former girlfriend, Carmen. Tired of playing second fiddle in relationships and on his own cycling team, Pepe decides that now is the time for him to control his own destiny....

Over Drive

“Why don’t you join our bicycle club?” said Fukazawa, Shinozaki Mikoto`s secret love.

Unfortunately, despite being a high school student, he doesn`t know how to ride a bike. With no real idea of what the bicycle club is, he earnestly practices. After he overcomes this challenge, while he pedals along, something that was smoldering in his mind for 15 years ignites.



Code-E

18-year-old Ebihara Chinami emits electrical waves when she becomes distressed. Due to this, she cannot use electronics such as PCs and cellphones very well. Her power is so strong that it nearly crashed the plane her family was on by causing instrument malfunctions.

Her power leads her to transfer schools frequently. As usual, on the first day of school, Chinami is a little nervous, causing her classmates` cellphones to glitch and electronics to react to her.

The more nervous she becomes, the worse the situation gets, so she begins to take notes on where and how badly the electronics react to her.
She eventually meets Kotaro from the science club, who is interested in experimenting on her; Yumi, a classmate and shrine maiden with the same power as she; and Sonomi. They refer to the power as "TYPE-E."

What they don`t know is that a secret organization is after Chinami`s power.



Ookiku Furikabutte

The series, set in Saitama, follows Ren Mihashi, who had previously excelled as his middle school baseball team`s ace pitcher, due to his grandfather`s connections as its manager. As he graduates to high school, whose baseball team his grandfather does not manage, he initially does not believe he is good enough to succeed at baseball, however, but assisted by his friends, he grows in stature, confidence and skill, helping his team excel with his own ability.
